Vita Industrial technology
Control the load
from a distance.
The Vita Load Navigator connects below the crane hook. Sensors and electric thrusters hold or change the load’s orientation under remote operator control.

Repeatable control
Precision you can repeat.
Prevents spin and rotational drift. Reduces hands-on readjustments when placing the load.
- Hold a headingActive correction against unwanted rotation.
- Recall an orientationSave two pickup or placement headings for repeated lifting cycles.
- Rotate on commandDirect rotation and jog controls for the approach to placement.

Two operators. One controlled handover.
Two controllers.
The right operator at each end.
Every newly ordered device comes with dual controllers for operator switching.
- At each end of the liftUse the second controller to support planned operator switching.
- One operator has controlRelease and reconnect in accordance with the defined handover procedure.
- Clear operating feedbackMonitor system status and battery information on the pendant display.
Rapid response
Four thrusters.
Active load control.
Independent electric thrusters respond to unwanted rotation and provide controlled orientation at the crane hook.
Thruster speed and response: WOLFF Onsite published VLN specification. Thruster RPM is distinct from load rotation speed.
A working shift in mind
Power for the lifting sequence.
- 10–12 hours operatingDepending on usage, load and environmental conditions.
- 4–6 hours chargingTypical charging for ERNE’s current supply specification.
- Wind-load planning supportReview load geometry, projected area, control authority and expected battery demand.

From rescue to industry
Born in helicopter rescue.
Vita developed the Rescue System to stabilise helicopter rescue baskets and litters against spin and swing. The Vita Load Navigator applies suspended-load stabilisation to construction and industrial lifting.
The original problem
Uncontrolled spin during helicopter rescue inspired Vita’s development.
Rescue stabilisation
Technology to stabilise suspended baskets and litters.
Industrial load control
Thruster-based orientation control at the crane hook.
Australian deployment
ERNE supplies equipment, trials, training and local support.
